Truffle Month at il Giallo is back, and it runs all October long. From October 1 through 31, we’re celebrating the elegance and flavor of white and black truffles with limited-time menu enhancements during dinner service.

At the heart of this month’s celebration is our signature truffle pasta, a rotating special crafted to showcase the bold, earthy aroma of freshly shaved truffles. Whether you’re a seasoned truffle lover or exploring them for the first time, this is your chance to indulge in one of the world’s most sought-after ingredients.

But the experience doesn’t stop at pasta. Guests may add shaved white or black truffles (market price) to any dish — from handmade risotto to fresh seafood or classic Italian proteins. Ask your server and we’ll shave them tableside.
