Making the perfect bowl of risotto is a true art that you will have mastered after taking this class! 

Not only will you learn how to make the perfect basic risotto that you can use as a building block for many different versions, but also a Venetian Style Risotto with fresh seafood and dishes that you can make with leftover Risotto, such as Arancini, delicious stuffed rice balls!   

This class is all about you!  As you stand around the pasta table, and sip great sparkling wine, Chef Jamie will answer all of your questions about Risotto and any other cooking question you might have.This is an intimate experience with one of Atlanta’s most renown chefs!
