Start the class off being immersed in Italian culinary heaven, enjoying Pastry Chef Libby Muldawer’s freshly baked Biscotti along with coffee.
In this hands-on class you will learn how to create two types of dough, one for noodles and the other for stuffed pastas like Ravioli. As you stand around the pasta table, and sip on a great sparkling wine, Chef Jamie will answer all of your questions as he shares fascinating stories about his adventures in Italy.
When class is concluded everyone sits down for lunch feasting on the pastas you’ve just made, which Chef Jamie will cook for you, wines included.
We provide a packet of recipes for you to take home, including each of the sauces that were sampled. It’s a cultural experience that you will always remember!
