Once you’ve mastered the basics of pasta making, focus on how the pastas and sauces differ based on the regions of Italy. We will delve into the ingredients that are indigenous to Piemonte, Tuscany and Puglia. You will learn how to recreate pastas and sauces from each of these wonderful culinary regions.

Again Chef Jamie will cook lunch, feasting on the pastas you’ve created, each paired with wonderful sauces and extraordinary wines.

We provide a packet of recipes for you to take home, including the pasta doughs that are created, as well as each of the sauces that were sampled. It’s a cultural experience that you will always remember!
