We are mixing things up this month and offering a highly-requested class!
Not only will you learn how to make the finest Scaloppini imaginable, but TWO of Atlanta’s most acclaimed chefs will be teaching the class – Chef Jamie Adams AND Chef Gary Mennie!!
In a hand’s on demonstration, the chefs will show you how to pound the veal and chicken so it’s paper thin and melt-in-your-mouth tender.
Then they will demonstrate how to turn the tender meats into an array of fabulous dishes from Piccata (with capers and lemon) to Marsala (mushrooms and Marsala wine), Saltimbocca (prosciutto, sage and white wine) and several others.
Start the class off being immersed in Italian culinary heaven, enjoying Pastry Chef Libby Muldawer’s freshly baked Biscotti along with coffee and then Prosecco. After participating in this hands-on class and getting all of your culinary question answered, the chefs will serve you lunch, and you will feast on the incredibly delicious dishes you’ve created, along with paired wines.
We provide a packet of recipes for you to take home, including each of the Scaloppini recipes that were prepared and enjoyed. It’s a cultural experience that you will always remember!
