Join us for the Pasta Class with Jamie Adams at il Giallo on
Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 11 AM – 2 PM.
Chef and Master Pasta Maker Jamie Adams leads a guided pasta class focused on classic Italian technique, flavor, and tradition.
Begin your morning with coffee and biscotti upon arrival. Shortly after, enjoy a welcome glass of Prosecco.
The Pasta Class then begins as Jamie demonstrates each step of pasta making, sharing the simple methods he learned in Italy.
You prepare fresh pasta during the class and take home easy pasta and sauce recipes to recreate the experience at home.
Roll Pasta, Then Sit and Savor
After cooking, we gather for a three-course Italian lunch:
