Italy vs. France Wine Dinner


Join us for one incredible evening as il Giallo Chefs Jamie Adams and Gary Mennie go head-to-head in a spectacular Italy vs. France Wine Dinner.  

 Chef Jamie will apply all of the years of training he received working in the finest kitchens in Italy, and Chef Gary will draw from his years working for the masters of French cooking, Maxime Ribera at Maxime’s in NYC and Jean Francois Metinger at the Mobil Five Star L’Orangerie in West Hollywood, CA in a four course battle at il Giallo on Thursday, October 3rd.  

 Each course will highlight a protein that will be created with both an Italian and French preparation.  The Italian dish will be paired with an Italian Wine, and the French dish matched with a vintage from France

(wines to be announced).
